APPLICATION SUPPORT LEAD - BOSTON, MA

The Select Group is looking for an application support lead to join one of our clients in Boston, MA. We are actively searching for candidates with experience supporting SalesForce and/or NetSuite applications and their users. Looking for proactive and energetic candidates to match the energy of this outstanding team!

APPLICATION SUPPORT LEAD REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Applications Support
  • 2 - 3 years experience supporting NetSuite and/or SalesForce
  • Experience conducting support through ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication

APPLICATION SUPPORT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with internal users of SFDC and Netsuite to provide support
  • Create process and documentation around work being performed
  • Lead and mentor members of 15 person internal support team
