Job Description


Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist. The candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Outlook. They will be responsible for overall operation of the front desk and front office activities

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Experience with MS Word and Outlook
  • 2 years experience with admin/office experience


  • Experience operating Front Desk or switchboards
  • Knowledge of mail processes, postage machine, FedEx, USPS
  • MS office suite experience


  • HS Diploma
  • Perform receptionist duties in a high-visibility, fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Will be responsible for overall operation of the front desk and front office activities to include: directing internal and external phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, sorting incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail (USPS and FedEx), maintaining conference room schedule, interacting with and assisting employees and executive staff
  • Will also assist Office Manager with the following: ordering and/or stocking/distributing office supplies; general administrative tasks such as: filing, scanning, and data entry; assist with planning and/or setup of corporate meetings and events. Assisting corporate staff as necessary with various tasks
