Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL ANALYST
This position will sit in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and is your standard Monday through Friday, 8 a.m - 5 p.m. This role does not have any educational requirements. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has Customer Service experience and is knowledgeable with either Windows and Mac OS systems. This person must know how to resolve problems within these devices or know how to escalate issues correctly in order to obtain a resolution.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service experience- education, training, coordination are key parts of the role - onboarding experience
  • Windows/MAC OS knowledge (more so in the windows environment)
  • Outgoing personality/creative
CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help with onboarding new hires
  • Training education of new hires
  • Help with preventative maintenance
  • Engage with other End User Services team members for any technical issues they are not able to address
  • Proactive with the user community and reactive to incidents
