DESKTOP SUPPORT LEAD

One of our top clients is looking for a Desktop Support Lead to join their team in Easton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing others and lead by example when solving complex issues. This is a great opportunity with one of the largest logistics companies in the U.S. and there is ample opportunity to grow if you are willing to work hard!

DESKTOP SUPPORT LEAD REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years lead desktop support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting PCs, Laptops, Zebra or Laser printers, and RF devices
  • Basic cabling and connectivity skills
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish or able to communicate effectively in Spanish
  • Comfortable with being on call 24/7/365
  • Plus skill: any degree or relevant certifications


DESKTOP SUPPORT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of 5 other desktop support technicians
  • Provide support to end clients and executives in the company
  • Act as the liaison between the network team and facility
  • Communicate effectively with the team and be proactive when solving issues
