DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Are you an outgoing technologist with strong aspirations to join an energetic and thriving team as a desktop support technician? The Select Group's client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a big law firm client. The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and provide hands-on repair/assistance.

DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a PC Technician/Desktop Support Technician/Field Support Technician role
  • Experience with PC deployment, troubleshooting/maintaining/repairing: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware issues
  • Imaging experience
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Associates Degree required (bachelor's preferred)
DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete assignments accurately in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting/maintaining/repairing: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware issues
  • Support around 25 people independently
  • Provide hands-on and remote support to end users on site.
