FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Are you a Business Analyst looking for a phenomenal job opportunity with a top tier company ? One of The Select Group's clients and one of the largest companies in the US is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing Business Analyst with a background in Quality Assurance. The manager is looking for someone to start ASAP so apply today if you're interested!

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Experience with requirement gathering, story writing, use cases and acceptance criteria

PLUS SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of SQL or other query tools
  • Automated testing

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and document requirements for software development projects as well as assisting with User Acceptance Testing
  • Work as a member of the SCRUM team responsible for functional analysis and quality assurance
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical team to ensure timely and effective execution of story board and project plans
