The Global Customer Defective Tracking and Resolution Senior Quality Leader is responsible for representing Operations as the Quality Representative for Global CDT&R activities to ensure appropriate quality inputs, effective corrective actions, interaction to resolve inter-regional quality issues, and to insure Quality/FBS tools links is applied during the processes among the Global facilities. This role requires global travel 30-40% of the time.


  • 7 yrs exp in a manufacturing environment
  • Project Management experience addressing end user and retailer issues
    • Able to work with software and hardware issues and development internally and at retailer sites
  • Excellent communication skills
    • Will be working closely with Global Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Global PMs, Regulation and Compliance Teams
  • Lean Sigma Six Certified
  • ASQ (American Society for Quality) Certified


  • Problem solving (external and internal issues)

  • Working with diverse groups
  • 30-40% international travel
