HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER I) - BOSTON, MA

Looking for a professional and reliable individual with at least 1 year of professional help desk support experience for a 2-3 month contract. An opportunity to work for a reputable and growing company and gain experience supporting C-Level executives.

HELP DESK TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year of experience supporting MS Office, Windows and email/ password-related issues within a corporate/ professional setting.
  • Professional and customer-friendly demeanor; comfortable working in a customer-facing role and supporting all levels of employees/ management across various business units.

HELP DESK TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support internal employees across all levels of management and within different business units (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), email (Outlook), password, and Windows issues.
  • Answer service desk support emails, phone calls & provide solutions face to face if needed.
  • Basic software/hardware support.
