Job Description


A large hardware company is looking for an individual that enjoys improving processes and reporting. This person will have the opportunity to work with several teams within a large organization, work with vendors, and ensure orders and returns are processed in a timely manner. This is a full time opportunity, please apply if you are local to New England and do not require sponsorship.


  • Professional experience with Microsoft Access and Excel creating and analyzing reports
  • Experience with inventory coordination, order management, and working with external customers and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in implementing reporting efficiencies


  • Process orders and returns within a global inventory group
  • Leverage Access databases to optimize reporting and streamline processes
  • Ensure financial records, orders and returns are all processed and reported
