Job Description


If you are an entry-level candidate who is eager to enter the IT realm, this is the perfect position for you! The Select Group is looking to hire someone as an IT Field Support Technician to assist the San Diego Public Libraries as they upgrade to a Windows 10 environment. This will be a customer facing role, so any customer service related work experience is preferred.   • Valid driver's license.
  • Enthusiasm to enter the IT realm.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Assist with configuration of desktop computers.
  • Assist with Windows 10 upgrades.
  • Wipe data off old machines.
  • Develop customer relationships.
