Job Description


The IT Support Analyst provides technical support for desktop and cloud based applications for internal company users both within the Corporate office as well as in the field offices. Supports, administers, troubleshoots, tests, monitors, and documents applications within defined scope. Tracks and reviews license allocation and compliance. Assists with additional desktop and help desk tickets as needed.


  • Provides technical support for desktop, cloud, and mobile applications either in person, remote tools, via telephone or via email.
  • Processes and troubleshoots help desk tickets for application support for all logged issues
  • Performs administration and maintenance for applications
  • Proactively monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves application issues from application error reports
  • Logs support issues with application vendors and resolves to completion
  • Assists with general desktop and help desk ticket processing as needed


  • 2+ years of Customer facing Help desk Experience
  • Desktop Support experience (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printer)
  • Microsoft Office Support (extensive Outlook exp)
  • Remote Access experience
  • Ticketing System experience
