Level 2 Service Desk Analyst - Cleveland, OH

The Select Group is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to fill an immediate opening in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Windows OS remote support, Office 365 support, and Active Directory support. Additionally, this candidate will have exceptional documentation and communication skills.

Level 2 Service Desk Analyst Top Skills:

  • 2-4 years' experience in help desk/remote technical support
  • Experience supporting an enterprise/large environment
  • Proficient in Windows OS (XP, 7, and 10)
  • Office 365 support experience
  • Experience supporting Active Directory
  • Experience using Ticketing Systems and documenting problems and resolution

Level 2 Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting IT related incidents related to software, network, laptops/desktops, and printers
  • Resolving technical issues escalated from Level 1
  • Supporting internal users on Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Clear documentation of procedures and support technique
