Job Description

LEASE ADMINISTRATOR II:

The Select Group is looking for a well experienced Lease Administrator! This is going to be a 3 month contract with one of our top clients in the Bay area. We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting and who has had experience with retail/corporate real estate.

LEASE ADMINISTRATOR II REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in a lease administration and payments organization
  • Must have the ability to read and understand legal documents preferred and abstract data from those documents
  • Must have hands on experience with database/records management
  • Preferred tools:
    -Tririga
    -Filemaker
  • Must have accounting background
  • Proven track record of successfully completing challenging projects with a strong attention to detail, managing multiple time-sensitive priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
LEASE ADMINISTRATOR II RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluating lease agreements
  • Supporting migration of Filemaker to Tririga
  • Coordinating with the retail or corporate real estate teams
  • Working with third party vendors to ensure the data being migrated is true and accurate
