MARKETING ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST - Raleigh, NC

*THIS IS AN 12 MONTH CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITY THAT IS ONLY ABLE TO WORK WITH W2 OR GREEN CARD CANDIDATES*

One of the world's leading providers of open-source, enterprise IT Solutions, and one of The Select Groups largest clients is seeking a Marketing Enablement Specialist, in which you will be working alongside the marketing enablement team to train, support, mentor and develop new and existing global marketing team associates. You will provide front line support for new hires and also help answer Marketing Operations questions from existing marketers as they work to use marketing tools and processes effectively and efficiently. This role collaborates with the entire Marketing Operations team and impacts marketing enablement globally.


MARKETING ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Relationship builder with a persistent and enthusiastic customer service mentality.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience with Google slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to empathize and deliver constructive guidance to marketing associates, both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Confident, outgoing, and with a predisposition to teach others.
  • Superior organizational skills to support a diverse range of projects.

MARKETING ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Comfort using audio visual equipment
MARKETING ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide front line support for new and existing marketers on operational processes and best practices.
  • Work directly with Marketing Operations subject matter experts to ensure process documentation is thorough and written clearly enough to support marketers' frequently asked questions and use cases.
  • Learn how the connected marketing organization works at Red Hat by supporting and interacting with associates from portfolio, corporate, and field / regional marketing. These teams work together to drive awareness, execute demand generation programs, build content, and execute tactics designed to drive demand and generate pipeline.
  • Utilize the corporate intranet, learning management system, and other marketing enablement technology to deliver creative content that resonates with global marketing team members.
  • Help support the initial training of new hires, from orientation into our company culture to specific job and industry-based knowledge.
  • Work closely with management to roll out new learning initiatives.
  • Find new, creative approaches to deliver existing material and help develop new, efficient training ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in corporate learning and marketing operations.
