Job Description

MOBILE TECHNOLOGY ANALYST

One of The Select Groups end clients is currently looking for a Mobile Technology Analyst for a contract opportunity located in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting iPad's along with Airwatch experience.

MOBILE TECHNOLOGY ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to provide technical enrollment support to the iPad Managed Platform which includes working with business user and/or onsite technical resource to troubleshoot and resolve technical or "how" to questions/issues.
  • Track, manage, resolve and follow-up all incidents reported into the Command Centre.
  • Create/ maintain support documentation and share updated documentation with iPad Support Teams which includes Help Desk and Tier 3 Mobility
  • Liaise with internal/ external service partners for successful delivery iPad enrollment process
MOBILE TECHNOLOGY ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of mobile technology support experience
  • Experience providing support for both Android and iOS devices
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Mobile Device Management Experience - preferably Airwatch
