NETWORK ANALYST/IT GENERALIST BOSTON, MA 02199

Opportunity to work for and grow with a great company in Downtown, Boston.

NETWORK ANALYST/IT GENERALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-5 years of experience with next generation firewall
  • Experience using active directory
  • Proven ability to provide telephone-based and in-person support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel and to work flexible schedules outside normal business hours when required.
NETWORK ANALYST/IT GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the installation and maintenance of network equipment.
  • Support the installation and maintenance of security products and solutions.
  • Support the installation, integration, maintenance and security of building management systems.
  • Support office moves, network expansions, technology refreshes and property dispositions.
  • Participate in security audits.
  • Respond, diagnose and resolve escalated issues and service disruptions.
  • Respond to requests for assistance. Escalate problems or requests as appropriate.
  • Document incidents and service requests in tracking system.
  • Conduct both one-on-one and group training sessions.
  • Conduct research on new technologies and products.
