OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Andover, MA

The Operations Support Specialist will work on a small team at a global technology company in Andover, MA. This is a highly visible role on a team that processes orders, tracks shipments, and coordinates with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years' of professional experience supporting, managing and tracking purchase orders from start to finish
  • Experience supporting sales or account management teams or in a client facing role responsible for maintaining relationships
  • Extremely organized, independent individual who seeks out additional ways to help in a team environment
  • Comfortable picking up new systems/ software and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the customer delivery (sales) team and product management team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage, track, and organize data used for purchase orders
  • Work independently and in a team-setting; self-motivated to solve issues without waiting for direction
