The Select Group's Client in Charlotte, NC is looking for an entry-level Project Coordinator. The team will focus on talking to clients and building relationships via phone calls and email; this role is focused on numbers, thus, making sure all data is entered accurately is essential. Attention to detail is a must-have. The manager takes interest in helping watch her team grow and develop into new roles within the company after experience is gained, so there's tons of room for upward mobility.

  • Excellent data-entry skills (ability to create reporting with minimal errors)
  • Highly meticulous (able to find oddities/errors in reporting)
  • Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize and meet deadlines)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Outlook experience), and general record keeping
  • Strong customer service skills and communication ability (able to work pleasantly with various departments and clients to resolve problems)
  • Flexibility (able to learn various tasks as needed)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure great business experiences
  • Work with Publishers, distributors, and printers
  • Enter data into excel platforms and other databases
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and outside clients
