Job Description


This team is looking for an independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline and commitment to the role. This position requires a high degree of business and analytical skills to solve complex problems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to deliver solutions on time. Strong organizational skills and process documentation experience are required.


  • Bachelor's Degree is required, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent and MBA is preferred
  • 7 to 10 years business analysis experience. Ideally have 5+ years experiences in cross-functional, global and high complexity projects
  • Experience working with clients to gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with external clients, stakeholders and internal team members.
  • At least 2 years Project/Program Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a highly complex commercial environment
  • High level of organization and planning skills, ability to create detailed plans and the diligence to follow and monitor the plans through execution and completion.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion.
  • Exposure to process and project management methodologies, tools and processes is a must
  • User story definition
  • Scrum Master
  • Proficiency in risk and issue management and resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and develop insights into complex business and market data, and ability to draw reasoned conclusions based on sound data interpretation
  • Results oriented, able to prioritize in the face of multiple requests with ability to complete deliverables on time
  • Proficiency in business process, operations, and metric definition best practices


  • Participate in design meetings with Development/Engineering to scope out implementation of features
  • As the Technical Project Manager establish and maintain operational rhythm of the business which include cadence, agenda and action tracking. As a member of the platform team, this will require superb organization and coordination.
  • Identify, author, and prioritize user stories including detailed description of expected behavior for proposed new features.
  • Connect people and processes to drive actions forward
  • Determine high-level acceptance criteria to feed into the Testing process; validate features to check for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform User Acceptance testing
  • Lead and perform impact analysis
