Job Description


This position will sit in Herndon, VA and will require up to 25% travel when needed. This role is requiring someone who can have a flexible schedule and also experience with Salesforce on the user side. The candidate will directly support and assist the director. This is an opportunity to work for a nationally known company in the technology industry with great work environment and tons of opportunity to grow.


  • 2-5 years of experience in the administrator and assistant role
  • 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce on the user side
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience


  • Documenting and tracking all opportunities in salesforce
  • Assisting director with travel and other administrative duties assigned
  • Day to day communication with internal team, senior management and clients.
