Job Description

SENIOR BIGFIX ENGINEER
A large government integrator is in search of a senior level Bigfix Engineer to start immediately onsite in DC. All US Citizens who are able to obtain a clearance are encouraged to apply.

SENIOR BIGFIX ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • US Citizen and able to obtain a public trust
  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience with remote deployment tools, specifically in IBM Bigfix
  • Knowledge of various Bigfix modules and hands-on experience with SCCM
  • 3 years Experience with large environments over 3000 users
  • 5 years of experience architecting and building enterprise solutions using Microsoft Windows Server
  • MCSE certification or similar MS certification


SENIOR BIGFIX ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Distribute application, software, and patch packages utilizing Bigfix for end user hardware
  • Verify hardware is in compliance of the common operating environment, identifying and fixing issues.
  • Gather information for asset reporting.
  • Complete Patch/Release management and monitor any vulnerabilities that would disrupt compliance requirements.
