SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER- Durham, NC

The Select Group is looking for a Senior Product Engineer for a top Energy client in Durham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, competitive company to make the next step in your career! The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience, Electrical System Design Experience and Custom Product Development experience, all utilizing AutoCAD.

SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design HMI screen per customer monitoring requirements
  • Specificy, configure and validate all required hardware
  • Propose new ideas to expand modularity, performance or otherwise improve the performance and response of these high end systems
  • Observe and test operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions

SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
  • Electrical System Design experience
  • Custom product development experience
  • AutoCAD experience, specifically Inventor
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
  • Plus s kills; Energy sector experience, CFD experience, HVAC/Heating/Cooling, UL/ETL certified design experience
  • Field support experience
