Job Description

SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN

The Select Group is seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician for a long term opportunity with a top client of ours in Winston Salem, NC! The ideal candidate will be career motivated, has a passion for assisting end users, and resolving technical issues.

SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience providing remote technical support in a Windows and Office 365 environment
  • Experience support with user accounts (Active Directory), emails, printers, network connectivity, etc.
  • Great communication and customer service skills; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (avg 50 calls per day)


SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as the point of contact to support end users and customers.
  • Ensure all problems are logged, tracked and fully documented in the incident management system.
  • Resolve incidents and escalate when necessary providing full and complete documentation of the issue.
  • Ensure high level customer service.
