SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

The Select Group has an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing data security and storage companies as recognized by Forbes. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer(SRE) to support visualized infrastructures for enterprise and federal level customers. In this role we are looking for someone who can provide technical support and manage Linux, virtual and network infrastructure to ensure customers data can be accessed and secured 24x7.

SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding and hands on experience with Linux Administration; Centos preferred
  • Hands on experience working in a virtualized environment (VMware, EMC, Commvault, Symantec, NetApp)
  • Understanding of networks as it relates to storage, (NAS, SAN)
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting and supporting SQL databases
SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to customers; investigate and trouble shoot technical issues and provided timely feedback Troubleshooting Linux, SQL databases, VMware, NAS/SAN
  • Contribute to knowledge-based articles
  • Troubleshooting Linux, SQL databases, VMware, NAS/SAN
