RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (DOWNSTREAM) - Durham, NC

The Select Group is seeking Downstream Research Associates to join the team of one of the best names in the Biomanufacturing and Process Development industry. There are multiple openings available for a range of experience levels. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support downstream process development and manufacturing activities
  • Assist in the evaluation, development and implementation of new downstream technologies
  • Assist with scheduling and development of requirements for materials and equipment
  • Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Ordering and stocking raw materials and consumables.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Protein purification experience (specifically AKTA)
  • Downstream Process Development experience
  • Bachelors degree (Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering degree preferred)
