Are you experienced in troubleshooting or handling tickets and looking to grow in your career? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! One of our top clients is looking for a Support Specialist to join their team. This is an awesome opportunity for someone with one to two years of prior support experience that is looking to launch their career!!!

  • Support experience (tech support OR customer support)
  • Great Grammar & Communication skills

  • Previous Email Support experience
  • Fresh Desk ticketing experience


  • Handling all of the support emails from clients
  • Providing website support. This support on the website will be things like "how to change password", "I'm not able to log on", how to add users, etc.
  • The amount of emails per day average around 40. In their busy months, this person could receive up to 200 emails that they need to provide support on
  • The ticketing system that this person will be using is called Fresh Desk
