Job Description

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

The Select Group is actively looking for a Systems Administrator in a position supporting the United States Air Force located in Hampton Virginia. The selected candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance with 2+ years of work experience. The selected individuals will be preforming mission support and maintenance in support of DCGS.

SR. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active TS/SCI and Sec+ with 2+ years of work experience

  • Willing to work 10 hour shifts (4 days on, 3 days off) sometimes including nights and weekends

  • Experience supporting Windows and Solaris/Linux environments (Server 2008, Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows 10, RHEL)

  • Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, Samba, and NHS



SR. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES:

  • Bachelor's degree, Security+


SR. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and controlling LINUX and Windows computers that host classified intelligence data and software applications.

  • Perform configuration changes, system backup and restore, and troubleshooting.

  • May also be called upon to support installs and develop solutions to technical issues.
