TIER 2 CONTACT CENTER (UCCE) ENGINEER - RTP, NC

The Select Group is looking for Tier 2 Contact Center Engineer candidates who that has extensive experience troubleshooting Contract Center technologies at a Tier 2 level. TIER 2 CONTACT CENTER (UCCE) ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot complex Enterprise Networks to quickly resolve issues (Remote)
  • Manage issues and customers by setting expectations and exceeding expectations to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction

TIER 2 CONTACT CENTER (UCCE) ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Contact Center- Enterprise side (UCCE) on the technical side OR CVP
  • Strong troubleshooting background
  • Troubleshoot a call flow
  • Know how to read and understand customer logs
  • Strong knowledge of SIP protocol
  • Soft skills- First line of defense for customers
