VOICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER - RTP, NC

The Select Group is looking for Customer Support Engineer candidates who that has extensive experience troubleshooting voice technologies at a Tier 2 level. VOICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot complex Enterprise Networks to quickly resolve issues (Remote)
  • Manage issues and customers by setting expectations and exceeding expectations to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction

VOICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience troubleshooting Cisco voice technologies
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice technologies, such as CUCM, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways
  • Strong Understanding of Voice Protocols (SIP, MGCP & H323)
  • Experience with Dial Plan, Call Search Spaces (CSS) and Phone Registration Issues
  • Experience configuring using Command Line Interface
  • CCNA Voice/Collaboration preferred
