One of TSG's top telecommunication clients is looking for a Voice Support Engineer to come join their team in the Wake Forest, NC area. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of configuring, supporting and troubleshooting Avaya/Cisco communication and equipment related issues.   • Monitor for Communication Manager Minor / Major alarms and out-of-service trunks
  • Troubleshoot and report ISDN circuit and analog trunk (i.e. Loop-start; Ground-start) troubles to various carriers
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity to Media Gateways and IP phones
  • Modular Messaging and CM Messaging subscriber password resets
  • Monitor ticket queue and assign to appropriate support groups


  • Experience supporting Avaya Communication Manager
  • Experience with Cisco Voice technologies
  • Experience with CUCM, SIP, Unity
  • CCNA preferred (needed to be able to convert full-time)
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends & holidays in a 7x24x365 environment.
