VOIP ENGINEER - RALEIGH, NC

The Select Group's client in the Raleigh area is looking for a new VoIP Engineer to join their team! This engineer will focus on implementing and troubleshooting Vonage VoIP solutions.

VOIP ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work 100% onsite in Raleigh office. Member of a small, established team
• Deploy new Vonage phones
• Troubleshoot existing phones and any Vonage outages
• Doing basic scripting for inContact

VOIP ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years' VoIP experience
• Experienced troubleshooting and scripting inContact
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Vonage call center
• Experience with one of the following: virtualization/vmware, linux, cloud computing, or Cisco networking
• Video conferencing experience a plus
