Job Description


The Select Group is looking for a creative web developer with two or more years of experience. The selected candidate will be working with internal teams and external customers to help design their websites. This candidate will also be responsible for interacting with the customers and the sales team in order to design the website based on their desired specifications.


  • 2+ years expeince in Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Experience with Craft CMS
  • Familiar with AWS and/or hosting services
  • Great communication


  • Work with members of our design, content, and sales team, often acting as Lead Developer on the project
  • Use modern web standards to build dynamic, responsive websites and custom platforms
  • Support ongoing projects and make improvements to existing code
  • Contribute to scoping and estimating discussions, working with Business Development teams as needed
  • Produce quality work on a tight schedule, delivering on time and on budget
  • Actively communicate status with project managers and other stakeholders throughout the course of a project
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Understand what's new and exciting (yet practical) and help push our craft forward
